  • Do I Need to Finance All My Invoices?

    No, only those invoices you want to factor. Once you have selected the invoices you want to factor and entered any necessary account information in our online portal, the process is straightforward.

  • How Long Before I Receive Funding?

    As a client, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours after you submit invoices to receive funding.

  • How Do I Prepare Accounts Receivable?

    Select and submit the customer’s invoices or receivables you wish to sell along with supporting documents, a schedule of accounts, or other recognized requests for funding.

Upon receipt of the invoices, the Round Table Financial team verifies them with your customer to ensure that the invoice amounts are accurate, that there are no offsets, the goods or services have been delivered and are in conformance with the contract, and they are due within the terms allowed.

Your customer sends payment to Round Table Financial via wire transfer, ACH, or check. They can also pay electronically and deposit funds to a special account.
